When your refrigerator has a problem, it’s not a fun experience. I called Mr. Appliance a Mentor the day that it happened. They were able to schedule a technician named Lloyd who came out two days later. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and ended up taking care of my ice maker, and the reason why my refrigerator was not cooling properly. He did not have the icemaker on hand with him but we schedule an appointment and he had to proper tools to do the job. Very professional and yes I would recommend Lloyd and Mr.Appliance of mentor again
